Business Operations (GTM Strategist) Intern

Nandina REM is creating new sources of advanced materials for manufacturing supply chains. We are an early stage company specialising in the use of deep tech and material science to recover and remanufacture critical resources, creating a rapidly developing market for low-emission circular materials such as carbon fibre composites and metals.
 

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Operations Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategist Intern to support our efforts in scaling market penetration for Nandina’s circular carbon fibre products. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to develop go-to-market strategies, analyze industry trends, and support client acquisition efforts as we expand our footprint in aviation and adjacent industries.

Key Responsibilities

As a GTM Strategist Intern, you will contribute to strategy development and execution for carbon fibre product launches and market entry initiatives.
 

Process Operations:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on carbon fibre markets (aviation, automotive, and advanced manufacturing) to identify opportunities and competitive positioning.

  • Go-To-Market Planning: Assist in designing GTM strategies, including client segmentation, pricing approaches, and launch roadmaps.

  • Client Acquisition Support: Research potential client pipelines, prepare outreach materials, and assist in proposal development.

  • Campaign & Event Support: Collaborate with commercial and communications teams to align product campaigns with industry events, trade fairs, and sustainability forums.

  • Data & Reporting: Track adoption metrics, prepare dashboards, and analyze client feedback to refine GTM strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure GTM plans align with product readiness and company objectives.


Skills & Experience

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

  • Strong interest in market strategy, business operations, and sustainability-driven industries.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate research into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with market analysis tools is a plus.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Previous internships or coursework in market research, business operations, or consulting is advantageous.
