Singapore / Washington, D.C. - 6 October 2025 - Nandina REM today announced the appointment of Michael Signer, Esq., Ph.D. as Senior U.S. Strategic Advisor, strengthening the company’s leadership as it accelerates its expansion into the United States.

Michael brings more than two decades of senior experience across law, government, and technology. His career spans public service and pioneering industries - from serving as Mayor of Charlottesville to advising governors, Fortune 500 companies, and high-growth technology ventures. He is recognised for his expertise in building public-private partnerships, navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and guiding organisations through periods of challenge, transformation, and growth.
In his role with Nandina REM, Michael will support the company’s U.S. strategy across government, industry, and advanced manufacturing stakeholders. His counsel will be instrumental in positioning circular, high-performance materials as a foundation for secure, resilient, and future-ready American supply chains.
