Nandina REM Accelerates Indo-Pacific Expansion at Land Forces 2026

PERTH, AUSTRALIA / LAND FORCES 2026 — Nandina REM is expanding its defence and industrial supply chain operations in the Indo-Pacific to meet growing regional demand for ever greater resilience and sovereign capability in defence logistics.
At Land Forces 2026 in Perth, Australia, the advanced materials pioneer is highlighting how its solutions cut component production lead times and deliver end-to-end material traceability, creating a more secure and reliable supply network at a time when national security considerations extend deeper into defence supply chains than ever before.
With the deployment of its proprietary advanced material and additive manufacturing technologies to the point of need, Nandina REM’s agile rapid production of mission-critical parts is helping firms working across air, land and sea to meet the unique operational challenges of the Indo-Pacific region.
Advancing defence sustainment
As part of its ongoing regional strategic development, Nandina REM is engaging with leading industrial and defence platform manufacturers to validate its remanufacturing workflows.
At Land Forces 2026, Nandina REM is announcing an ongoing Proof of Concept (PoC) with Daimler Truck Defence focused on fleet-life extension and obsolescence management. The PoC evaluates remanufacturing and manufacturing pathways to help maintain older vehicle
platforms in service for significantly longer periods of time.
Smarter, shorter sovereign supply networks
At the core of its solutions are Nandina REM’s proprietary "Reverse Bill of Materials" (RBOM) technology and sovereign carbon fibre production process. Deploying the company’s capabilities at the point of need enables the rapid remanufacturing of critical replacement parts, significantly reducing the dependence of critical equipment on longer, more vulnerable and less efficient supply chains.
"Industrial and defence supply chains in the Indo-Pacific face unprecedented pressure to maintain asset availability in isolated or high-threat environments. Our mission at Nandina REM is to provide the digital tools and advanced material pathways needed to rapidly remanufacture critical parts on demand, ensuring platforms stay operational when traditional supply chains stall or fail." - Karina Cady, CEO, Nandina REM
