Our Story
Nandina REM was founded with the question: How can organisations build more resilient advanced material supply chains?
Exploring this challenge led us to a new model - one that produces critical materials and minerals by reprocessing highly engineered end-of-life assets.
We started with aircraft. Why? Because over 90% of an aircraft is recyclable or reusable, and each one contains precision-grade materials manufactured to the highest standards. With thousands of aircraft retired globally, they represent a consistent and high-quality source of feedstock.
The launch of our industry-first, aviation-grade circular carbon fibre marked more than just a technical breakthrough - it validated our model at a global stage.
By demonstrating that circular materials can meet the industry’s performance standards while offering cost advantages, we’ve opened new pathways for material innovation and supply chain resilience across aerospace and beyond.
Come and write history with us.
