Allison Nam, CCO

Dr. Dazril Phua, COO
Phua leads Nandina REM’s product technology and operation teams, bringing deep experience in industrial R&D and technical programme delivery. He holds a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from the Leibniz Institute for Interactive Materials at Aachen University. While at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore he spearheaded critical projects at the intersection of safety policy and regulation, international collaboration, and digital innovation in air traffic management
