Carbon Fibre
Non-Woven Fabric
Our pure carbon fibre nonwoven fabric is engineered from premium feedstocks, including recycled aerospace-grade fibres from retired aircraft, unused expired virgin carbon fibres, and pristine virgin fibres. This closed-loop approach merges sustainability with performance — delivering exceptional mechanical strength, formability, and a refined surface finish suitable for mould-making and structural applications.
Compatible with most resin systems, the fabric performs exceptionally well in compression moulding and vacuum infusion. It can also be co-processed with thermoplastics (e.g. PP, PA, PEEK) or textiles (e.g. natural and aramid fibres) for custom composite designs with enhanced thermal stability and flexibility. When used cosmetically, it achieves a premium “forged” carbon look using finer fibres for a sleeker finish.
