Global Content Strategist

Nandina REM is creating new sources of advanced materials for manufacturing supply chains. We are an early stage company specialising in the use of deep tech and material science to recover and remanufacture critical resources, creating a rapidly developing market for low-emission circular materials such as carbon fibre composites and metals.

 

We’re looking for a Global Content Strategist to be the driving force behind shaping and executing cohesive external stakeholder engagement that supports our fundraising and growth goals. Your work will be a mix of high-level strategy and hands-on execution covering the development of all public-facing content, from investor reports to social media posts and ensure a consistent message across all channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who enjoys focusing on the details and is capable of managing multiple projects in close coordination with an established and well-positioned public affairs partner to drive our narrative and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content and Communications Leadership

  • Lead the creation and distribution of high-impact content, including our external stakeholder newsletter and all social media channels.

  • Spearhead investor relations content development and manage the compilation of our annual impact and investor reports.

  • Own and manage all document control processes for externally facing materials, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.

  • Ethical oversight and brand voice stewardship in leveraging AI for efficiency. Act as a crucial gatekeeper for quality and brand integrity including ensuring all AI-generated content is thoroughly edited, fact-checked, and infused with the brand’s authentic voice.
     

Public Relations & Strategy

  • Coordinate our annual media strategy in close partnership with the public affairs team to secure positive press and manage public perception.

  • Support the development of public policy positions, helping to articulate our stance on key issues.

  • Identify and secure high-profile events and speaking opportunities to elevate the profiles of our Co-Founders and CEO.

  • Integrate AI tools into the existing communications workflow. Responsible for identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks—like content scheduling or first drafts of press releases—freeing up the team to focus on higher-level strategy, creative storytelling, and relationship-building.
     

Executive & Team Support

  • Work directly with the CEO to develop and refine their thought leadership initiatives and public-facing content.

  • Prepare detailed briefing materials for the leadership team ahead of conferences and government engagements.

  • Collaborate with the commercial team to develop compelling marketing collateral that aligns with our brand messaging.

  • Provide training and guidance to the internal team on our branding, messaging, and market positioning.

  • Leverage AI-driven analytics tools to accelerate drafting processes and identify content gaps, opportunities, measure performance and collate data for actionable insights.
     

Skills & Experience

  • A proven track record of working directly with C-suite, whether at a corporate, SME or Start Up, to develop their public profiles and prepare them for high-stakes engagements.

  • Experience in delivering structured team-wide training and processes on brand messaging and communications positioning.

  • Proficiency with AI content creation and analysis tools.
