Internship: Project Coordinator,
Aviation Circularity Consortium

Location: Hybrid, Singapore

Department: CEO Office

Duration: 4-6 months

Nandina REM is creating new sources of advanced materials for manufacturing supply chains. We are an early stage company specialising in the use of deep tech and material science to recover and remanufacture critical resources, creating a rapidly developing market for low-emission circular materials such as carbon fibre composites and metals.

We are looking for an intern to join our growing team in Singapore as a Project Coordinator. You will operate as a key liaison with the Aviation Circularity Consortium in supporting the development of policy development, member engagement and strategic public awareness initiatives, industry case studies and market education and outreach.

Please note, candidates must have the legal right to work in Singapore. Nandina REM is unable to sponsor local work visas for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Policy & Advocacy

  • Support the drafting and refinement of policy positions and recommendations on aviation circularity, incorporating input from Consortium members and relevant stakeholders.

  • Conduct research and synthesize information to inform policy discussions and briefs.

  • Prepare compelling case studies and reports for internal and external audiences.
     

Consortium Member Liaison

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Consortium members, facilitating communication and ensuring timely input and feedback on various initiatives.

  • Organise and coordinate meetings, both virtual and in-person, workshops, and webinars for Consortium members.

  • Manage and update member databases and communication channels.

  • Track and report on Consortium progress and member engagement.
     

Public Awareness and Outreach

  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to amplify the Consortium's message and reach a broader audience.

  • Facilitate engagement between Consortium members to translate circular aviation concepts into impactful content.

  • Manage the timeline and deliverables for the artistic output, ensuring alignment with Consortium messaging.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in International Relations, Public Policy or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in arts management, preferably within a multicultural environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to synthesize complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and Google Workspace

  • A strong interest in sustainability and circular economy principles.
